Early Albertson b. Abt. 1780 &

This is one that is not well accepted. Most list Early Albertson b. Abt. 1780 & Elizabeth Sutliff b. Abt 1819. I belive this is partly due to a transcription error in the 1850 Miller Co. Census posted on Miller Co. Home page. It list household # 379 as Early Atkinson http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~momiller/miller502.htm

This should read Early Albertson. (b.24Oct.1784 d. 21May1864)
This Early is the one who married 3rd wife Nancy Foster m. 10-6-1850 Miller Co. MO. They move to Caldwell County MO (1860 Caldwell County MO Census HH#512)

The heirs of Early Albertson who died in May 1864 are listed in a document from the Caldwell County Court records on March 2, 1870 as:
