His ship the Love, Albert Albertson master, laden with wine and aqua vitre, about three miles from land was made prize by General Penn's fleet, wherefore said Albertson at his return to Holland, out of despair, did hang himself. Has been three months soliciting restitution, and having debts owing him in Barbadoes prays license to go in an English ship thither to get in his debts. With reference signed by Mr. Secretary Thurloe. It is his Highness' pleasure to refer this petition to the consideration of the Lords of his Council to do therein what shall be fit for the petitioner's relief, and agreeable to justice.
